Solvent wipe

Flame treatment

The flame treatment process refers to the process of oxidizing the plastic surface with a strong oxidizing flame, which can increase the surface activity of carbon fiber products and increase the adhesion of the primer and the bumper. It can be divided into two methods: mechanical flame cleaning and artificial flame cleaning. This method is suitable for the processing of polypropylene (PP) matrix composite materials. During use, the ratio of gas to oxygen, flow rate, exposure time and the distance between the flame and the matrix can be easily adjusted.
